FREIGHT RATES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Freight rates are automatically calculated at our online checkout based on product weight.We use Australia Post*, Australia wide to deliver our orders.
RATES CALCULATOR-
Up to 500grams $6.10.
Over 500gms to 3Kg $9.00.
Over 3 Kg to 6Kg $18.00.
Over 6Kg to 9Kg $27.00.
Orders are processed by our Mail Order Department Before payment Transactions are made ,so if we can find a more economical method of shipping or additional shipping charges need to be charged we will notify you by email prior to proceeding with you transaction.
Goods can be collected from our store Located at 187 Breakwater Parade,Mandurah,6210 Western Australia, during Trading Hours. however you must mention this at the checkout in the comments envelope,(i.e I will collect.) We will not apply freight charge to your payment transaction.
Also if you have your own preferred freight company you can arrange for them to collect from our store we will not apply the freight charge to your purchase when processing your order , but once again you must specify this at the comments envelope at our checkout. (i.e I will have goods picked up by my freight company.)
BACK ORDERS.
We stock all items displayed on our website, how ever due to high demands on some products we are sometimes out of stock when this occurs we will notify you of estimated delivery date.
RETURNS/DAMAGED GOODS.
